Nono! By thinking negative, your thinking bad thoughts. Think positive! :D Think about the happy things that will happen, when in doubt religion&prayer can help. Yes, sometimes when a situation is really bad or you cant get your tasks done, you may think. I give up, its too difficult. Dont worry, as you go step by step, things will be better!(:

Goals
Reaching a goal isnt easy at times and espically when your parents has set a goal for you. Yes its rather stressful at times trying to accomplish goals. Dont worry, start from the bottom. Like in a test, if you want to score like 80/100. Start with maybe 50/100 and slowly find out where is your mistakes and learn! :D Like at times, you may have LOADS of assignments to complete, and yet you are panicking. Chill out, plan out whats important& do they rest later. Set your own targer and reach it slowly.
Forgive&Forget
Okay example, you fought with your bestie. Both of you refuses to apologise, and justs keeps on scolding each other. Nothings gonna be solved until one of you step up clear things. Talk things out NICELY and everything will be alright really...
