Experience ITE Day 1

Sorry about the lack of blogs posts, i really dont have anything to blog about, sorry :( So recently, me and my NT classmates attended a Experience ITE Programme at Simei ITE Collage East. The Progamme itself is a two day programme. Consisting of day one& day two.

Usually NT students will be studying in ITE after thier N Levels right? Ok some maybe not as you moved up to NA ok. So this 2 day progamme, i would say its a rather useful programme, that can be used to experience ITE& learn new things.

DAY 1
We had to arrive in school like the usual timings. We went by bus there. Hired bus ok, not SBS bus ok HAHA. The first place we had to go when we reached the Simei ITE, we had to go the Ampitheathre for some briefings, we were there together with Sec2 NT students from Damai Secondary. Everyone was usually chatty, talking away ..

Beautiful isnt it? After our short break, they took us around the ITE Campus. Basically this ITE has School of Applied& Health Science, School of Business& Services, School Engineering and School, School of Electronics and Info-comm. Within all these, they offer many different courses too :)

And! Andd! We got to design our own T-Shirts too! The theme was F1, and my class(we were split into 8 groups) We had to create a T-Shirt that was relavant to the theme. And we were
also given passes also. I had the video pass! :D

We had alot of fun making this T-Shirt, coming up with the ideas xD In the end? All our hard work paid of ok! HAHAHA. After that, we continued our tour around the Campus.

Like they say, when you have fun, time passes by really quick>< We were sent for lunch. We could chose between Cafeteria 1 or Cafeteria 2. And so happened that me and Cheryl met up with Eugene also. We didnt really talk much though ... Anywayy! Lunch was great, so many different foods to chose from xD

After Lunch we continued with our assigments. We were assigned to our various tasks, at the Experience ITE Center, we got hands on with the NXT robot programming.

 

After we programmed the NXT robot, we actually got to try them!

 

We got to do more assignments. We had to  create scripts, take pictures, and and it out like drama Lol.



 

 

Comingg to end of this Day 1 ITE blogpost, for our last assignment for Day 1, we baked cookies for the Day 2 Raceeeeee!
